Institute of Warehousing and Strategic Supply Chain Management offers the following professional certifications to our members:
Institute of Warehousing and Strategic Supply Chain Management (IWSSCM) professional examinations are held four times in a year: March, May, July and November.
There are three stages which are Foundation Stage, Professional Stage I and Professional Stage II. Students who have a degree and a minimum of two years work experience in the field of procurement and supply chain can apply for exemptions to commence their studies and examinations from Professional Stage l.
Students who have successfully pass all the examinations in the Foundation Stage, Professional Stage l and Professional Stage ll will be awarded membership grade of the Institute of Warehousing and Strategic Supply Chain Management.
Additionally, students who successfully complete both Professional Stage l and Professional Stage ll will be awarded professional diploma from the Institute if their membership is up to date and they are in good standing. Students who successfully sit and pass the Foundation Stage will be awarded the professional certificate from the Institute.
The Foundation stage of the Institute of Warehousing and Strategic Supply Chain Management is open entry to students who are interested to commence a career in the procurement and supply chain industry. There are six compulsory modules in the foundation stage and they are compulsory. Students who successfully passed the entire six modules in the foundation stage will be awarded the Professional Certificate in Procurement and Supply Chain.
Students are expected to sit for all modules under stage one which is the Professional Examination l. There are six modules in the Professional Stage l and the six modules are compulsory.
Students who have a degree and minimum of two years work experience in the field of procurement and supply chain can apply for exemption to commence their studies and examinations from Professional Stage l.
Students are expected to sit for all modules under Stage two which is referred to as the Professional Stage ll. There are seven modules in this stage and the seven modules are compulsory.
There are no exemptions in Professional Stage ll. Students must complete and pass the Professional Stage l before progressing to the Professional Stage ll.
Students who have passed the entire modules in Professional Stage l and Professional Stage ll will be awarded the Professional Diploma in Procurement and Supply Chain.
